ORGANIZATION:
Travers Manor Homeowners Association is governed by a Board of Directors. which is elected by the homeowners at an annual meeting of the Association in November. All homeowners are urged to vote and attend the annual meeting. The Board meets every month of the year except December.
At its first Board meeting in January, the Board meets to nominate and elect its officers including President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Board of Directors contracts with a Manager to manage the day to day operations of the community, including coordination of lawn maintenance, snow removal and trash pickup. Questions and comments by homeowners, realtors and others should be directed to the Managing Agent as follows. There is also a Contact Submission Form located in this website.
